چکیده
In this paper, we find two different solutions for the self-dual Maxwell–Higgs model coupled with gravitational fields by employing variational methods. One is a local minimizer and other mountain pass solution.

Mountain Pass Solution for a Fractional Boundary Value Problem
In this work we prove the existence of mountain pass solution for a fractional boundary value problem given by tD T (0D α t u(t)) = f(t, u(t)), t ∈ [0, T ] u(0) = u(T ) = 0.
متن کاملthe search for the self in becketts theatre: waiting for godot and endgame
this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...
15 صفحه اولThe intrinsic mountain pass principle
{ In this note we present a general mountain pass principle dropping any smoothness or even continuity assumptions on the functional. As a corollary, we prove existence of a point with an arbitrarily xed small slope if the "low" part of the "barrier" is suuciently far from the "boundary", obtaining in addition estimates for the location of the point.
متن کاملSolution of a mountain pass problem for the isomerization of a molecule with one free atom
In this paper, we continue the mathematical study of adiabatic chemical reactions, started in a previous work (Ann. Henri Poincaré, 5: 477–521, 2004). We consider a molecule with one free atom, the latter having two distinct possible stable positions. We then look for a mountain pass point between these two local minima in the nonrelativistic Schrödinger framework. We prove the existence of a m...
متن کاملA Mountain Pass for Reacting Molecules
In this paper, we consider a neutral molecule that possesses two distinct stable positions for its nuclei, and look for a mountain pass point between the two minima in the non-relativistic Schrödinger framework. We first prove some properties concerning the spectrum and the eigenstates of a molecule that splits into pieces, a behaviour which is observed when the Palais-Smale sequences obtained ...
